This deposit holds your date. Final pricing is based on the Artwear activity you choose and the number of children attending.

Workshop Pricing
All Artwear Workshops require a 12-kid minimum.

Per Kid Rates:

• Denim Jacket starts at $125 per child
• Bucket Hat starts at $90 per child
• Superhero Cape starts at $75 per child
• Dance Bag starts at $95 per child
• Custom Artwear Project starts at $75 per child

A second Artwear activity at the same event is discounted.

Travel and tax fees not included.

What’s Included

• 60 minute setup
• 90 minute workshop
• 30 minute cleanup

Booking & Deposit
• A $310 deposit is collected at booking to reserve your date.
• Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours.
• Once approved, we’ll confirm all event details and send your final invoice.
• Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Adding a Second Artwear Workshop
If you’d like to add a second Artwear activity, mention it in the “Appointment Note” when booking. We’ll apply the discounted rate and add it to your final invoice after approval.

Age Guidelines
• Artwear Workshops are ideal for ages 4 and up.
• All workshops can be tailored for children ages 2 and up, and we adjust each activity so everyone can participate comfortably.
