This deposit holds your date. Final pricing is based on the Edible Art activity you choose and the number of kids attending.

Workshop Pricing
All Edible Art Workshops require a 12-kid minimum.

Per Kid Rates:
• Cupcake Decorating Workshop starts at $70 per kid and up
(Each kid decorates 4 cupcakes) 
• Mini Cake Decorating Workshop starts at $110 per kid
(Each kid decorates 2 mini cakes)

A second Edible Art activity at the same event is discounted.

Travel and tax fees not included.

What’s Included
• A fully styled edible art table
• All chairs and tables needed
• All edible materials and decorating supplies
• Aprons for each kid during the workshop
• 1.5 hours of guided instruction
• Full setup and cleanup

Event Timeline
• 60 minute setup
• 90 minute workshop
• 30 minute cleanup

Booking & Deposit
• A $310 deposit is collected at booking to reserve your date.
• Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours.
• Once approved, we’ll confirm all event details and send your final invoice.
• Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Adding a Second Workshop
If you’d like to add a second craft or edible art activity, mention it in the “Appointment Note” when booking. We’ll apply the discounted rate and add it to your final invoice after approval.

• Activities can be adjusted for younger kids.
